Master of Educational Technology and Applied Learning Sciences: Enrollment Contract

As an admitted student, with this form you are declaring your intentions with respect to the METALS program for Fall 2025. You will type your name in lieu of a signature with the understanding that if you indicate that you will enroll that you are committing to do so.
